Home truths
The garden and pool are used entirely at guests' own risk — there's no lifeguard, and supervision of children and non-swimmers is on you.
House towels stay in the house — bring or buy separate towels for the pool.
One dog is welcome (ground floor only, pet fee applies) — no other pets.
Street parking nearby is resident-permit only; always park inside the gate, and return the remote and both keys to the coat rack before you leave (a €250 fee applies if they go missing).
Garden and pool maintenance is scheduled around guest stays where possible — for longer stays and warmer months, a visit may occasionally overlap.
