Home truths
This is a rural, car-dependent location — public transport is possible but slow, and we'd steer most guests towards a rental car, taxi, or rideshare.
The pool and garden are used entirely at guests' own risk — there's no lifeguard, and supervision of children and non-swimmers is on you.
House towels stay in the house — bring or buy separate towels for the pool and the beach.
One dog is welcome (ground floor only, pet fee applies) — no other pets.
For longer stays, the fee includes electricity up to 200 kVA/month and water up to 50 m³/month, with any excess charged separately.
